As a coach, founder, facilitator, and embodiment guide —I pride myself on being a woman’s secret weapon. A ride or die ally who can hold you in your darkest moments and celebrate you when fly.
I move fluidly between many worlds: business and body, strategy and the deepest inner worlds, logic and energy. I bring it all to the table because with my clients because I know in my bones that real change isn’t one-dimensional. It’s all of it.

How it all began
I’ve sat in boardrooms and birthing rooms. I’ve led strategy for global brands, coached visionaries at the top of their game, and held women through their deepest darkest moments.
In my early career life, I built a successful career in talent and leadership advising F100 companies and startups, I have spoken on stages, started my own company, and guided cultural icons, founders, and rising leaders through life-altering transitions and career breakthroughs. My work blends business strategy, somatics and embodied intelligence, trauma-informed coaching, and pleasure work. It’s the essence that led me to start my company Lioness to support women in their full range of power.
But none of that matters without my truth and the path that has led here.
Facing death has been a large part of my becoming. When I was 18, I lost my brother in a tragic accident. His untimely death shaped my life and in some crazy ways his death gave me the gift of life…because I realized that if we can die tomorrow, why not fully live? From that moment on, I began to make unconventional choices that would impact the course of my life.
It wasn’t smooth sailing from there - In my 20s, I was shy, unseen, hesitant to take up space. A woman with deep desires and gifts inside her, but a body that locked up at the idea of being fully seen and heard.
In my early 30s, I had what looked like a great life from the outside. Success beyond my years, a thriving career, a path that made sense. But on the inside? I was at war with myself. I had spent years following making sure my life looked good on the outside. But the truth? I wasn’t following my own voice. And then I discovered pleasure and embodiment work and that’s when my life changed drastically from the inside out. And I was determined to blend this work into the business world because I felt like it was the secret sauce of power that no one was teaching women.
Between the ages of 39-42, I had nine miscarriages (after having a beautiful son), including one in my second trimester. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through—and yet, it cracked me open in a way that revealed new dimensions of my power. I gave birth to death. And in that initiation, I discovered a deeper capacity to hold it all: grief, love, life, and the truth of who I am. The embodiment tools and power practices I had spent years cultivating are what helped me survive—and ultimately, transform.
And I’ve learned this—pleasure, grief, rage, desire, power, softness—they all belong. They’re not obstacles to leadership and full expression. They’re the gateway.
Now, I support women who are already extraordinary step into the next version of who they’re here to be—with more truth, more alignment, and a lot less pretending.
Because I truly believe our challenges in life aren’t here to hold us back - they are here to shape us into our greatness.
