You were born for a full-tilt kind of life and I’ve spent my life studying what makes people come alive. Death brought me here…

I learned young through a tragic accident that life is short - and I’ve been unwilling to live it half-awake ever since.

Sudden death, nine miscarriages, motherhood, marriage, reinvention, desire: my life has been both a laboratory and an initiation. I’ve lived close to my own edge for as long as I can remember, and I’ve spent more than two decades helping others do the same 

I'm a New Yorker and a global citizen. I’m as comfortable with someone living on the street as I am with the richest person you’ve ever met. I don’t care what you do.  I care about the human underneath all of it.

For more than two decades, I’ve helped people get closer to what they actually want. 

In leadership, in love, in the body, in relationships, in rooms full of people, and in the private, discreet places where you know your life can no longer stay the same.

My work draws from decades of training in leadership, embodiment, business, intimacy, desire, relational dynamics, and experience design and years of sitting very close to powerful people as they tell their most intimate truths.

I’m not here to tell you how to live.

I’m here to help you see so clearly that you can no longer pretend you don’t know.

And I’ll walk beside you as you do something about it.
