Stephanie Redlener is a force. A master facilitator, embodiment expert, and experience designer, she works with powerful, visionary women who are done playing small, doing life by the book, or diluting their truth to fit the room.
She is the founder of Lioness, an experience design company known for creating transformational spaces where women reclaim their bodies, their desires, and their authority. Over the past decade, Stephanie has led 50+ immersive experiences and reached over 5,000 women worldwide-from intimate retreats to high-level leadership gatherings-each designed to catalyze real change, not just inspiration.
Stephanie’s work lives at the intersection of strategy and soul, power and pleasure, precision and wildness. She is trained in somatic leadership, tantra, bdsm,embodied facilitation, nervous system regulation, and transformational coaching - and she brings all of it into the room with clarity, integrity, and bite. Her special sauce? She can hold depth without fluff, intensity without ego, and erotic aliveness without apology.

Her work fuses art, ritual, and sisterhood into experiences that awaken women to their unique beauty frequency. It is beauty that lands in the body and shifts how a woman shows up in her life.
With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a successful corporate design career behind her, Galit understands what it takes to be a badass woman navigating society’s structures. She knows how to build within systems and when it is time to outgrow them. Her path is one of a woman who chose sovereignty over approval and creative devotion over playing small or tolerating burnout.
